Video doesn't load in Viki #44

Viki plays the 3 second non-skipable Viki banner clip that every video has.

But it doesn't play the content right after that. It just keep on loading (I can only see the spinner animation).

I checked the viki.com using my own browser and the mobile device, and this issue is only present in the Quark Player.

@Alex313031 this maybe due to the Widevine issue in the app (but not sure), please have a look of the Viki Service if it can be fixed in the app.
