What happened?

The dislike count is uncomfortably placed. And even worse when the likes count are disabled in a video, I've gave the video link above. Please fix it, thanks!

How to reproduce/recreate?

You should remove the dislike count inside the icon to the place where "Dislike" is found. For example:

When I go to that link it shows disabled by owner. I did find this issue appeared previously but haven't been able to track down what's causing it this time: #624.

Doth are separate issues

1. You should remove the dislike count inside the icon to the place where "Dislike" is found. For example:

   YT is A/B Testing. Not everyone is getting that UI. We don't know how long will this UI exist or will it replace or what will happen next. Once enough people get the same UI, we'll surely add a fix. For now you can clear your cookies (you will be signed out) or watch in incognito tab (make sure to turn on the extension fro incognito).

2. Disabled by owner means that the creator has disabled both like & dislike count. It is not a bug. Your's & #‎ 642's issues are different.
