Feature: Label Import

This feature should provide a modification to the label manager feature that allows for easy import of label configurations already managed by the application. This should be achieved by offering a predefined import template in three formats; CSV, JSON, and YAML. The ability should be provided to easily drag a template file into the user interface for easy import as well as a one-click file selection option.
