Feature: Label Export

This feature should provide a modification to the label manager feature that allows for easy one-click exporting of the current label configurations created or loaded in the label manager. The export feature should provide the ability to export the label configurations in all three of the supported import formats which are CSV, JSON, and YAML. Furthermore, the export feature should provide the ability to one-click export all label configuration markups into a CSV file for easy distribution to third-party consultants for implementation on websites. Additionally, the application version should be included as part of the export to enable reverse-compatibility support for unforeseen future modifications.
