Are you using JDK 1.8 or JDK 14? I'm not sure which based on your comment. Also, I'd likely need you to create a minimally reproducible example. The code you pasted wouldn't be enough to trigger this issue.

Code is fully copy of readme example.
Version: 0.4.0-offline
JDK version: jdk1.8.0_231
Os and IDE of development: Win10 x64, Intelij IDEA

@ara2am, thanks for providing reproducible code. This appears to be an issue with the v0.4.0 build. I'm working on releasing v0.4.1 today but in the meantime, you should be able to get Journey working with v0.3.3.

Edit: Actually I'm seeing this in v0.3.3 too. Strange :/

@ara2am, if you find the time please try 0.4.0-online. I think it's a problem with the offline version only. You'll need to delete %temp%\journey-78 before running the online version so it will re-download the native CEF files.
