opera-ms-db version

Hello,
Is the current opera-ms-db that we download during installation is based on NCBI v.2015.05.04 as mentioned in the research article or is it updated ?
And is there a way to check the version or details of the opera-ms-db in use?

Dear Vikasmh,

sorry for the late reply. Current database is not based on NCBI anymore but has been modified to GTDB (release 89). You can look at the taxonomy file for a list of the organisms used for the database (see our wiki page).

I found out about the GTDB-r89 later. Now, I am trying to use the updated version GTDB-r207.
