reference genome incomplete

Hello, I am trying to run Opera-ms. I notice that the number of genomes specified in the genomes_list.txt file is 24706, but the total number of genomes (fna.gz) files downloaded was only 24073. It appears that the tarball genomes_7.tar.gz is incomplete.

For example, Paenibacillus_R_physcomitrellae__GCF_002240225.1_genomic.fna.gz is not found in genomes_7.tar.gz despite being specified in genomes_list.txt. This leads to an error during step 6.

Could you please provide an updated database file?

Hello Melop,

this is odd, we didn't updated the database file since a while so there shouldn't be an issue. I downloaded the database again without missing genomes.

Are you sure everything went ok during your download? If only files from genomes_7 are missing, you can try to redownload only this part using this link.
