The home page currently generates a single row of all the papers in the database in cards. This looks terrible.

Find a reasonable way to present the paper title, authors, and link to the DOI
Decide how papers should be organized
Add paging to the database query so it doesn't slow down
Randomize the order of papers pulled from the database
