Widget expansion state starts out incorrect

iOS 10 changed the way widgets work. They can be expanded or contracted. The current version of the X Schedule widget expands/contracts correctly, but it starts out in the incorrect state. It starts out contracted, but iOS thinks the widget is expanded. You must hit the expand/contract button twice to get the widget to display properly.
