how can i use it on WF (.Net 5.0)

I followed the steps for a project in WF (.net framework) and another in WF and when I am adding the elements it appears that the elements have been loaded but they are not activated and the tools folder disappears. can you help me? Am I doing something wrong or am I missing a part or how do I activate the elements?

This version does not support anything higher than 4.0. However if you use this version, we do support .NET 5 & higher.
