Hello,

Recently, I have been facing the problem that this edit button("編集") does not work.

Could you give me some advice on how to identify the cause?
We are not even sure if our ContentsPlanet has been updated.

Thank you for posting the issue!

Could you give me some advice on how to identify the cause?

Please give me more infomations.

  • Can you click the edit button? And will new page open?

We are not even sure if our ContentsPlanet has been updated.

The version is shown at the bottom of web page, like Powered by ContentsPlanet 2022.08.31 © 2016-2022 .

Thank you for your response!

We can click the edit button, and a page is opened.
The page's URL starts with https://script.google.com/macros/s/, and some random alphabets (it looks like some token) follow.
But the page shows "Loading..." forever.

The version is ContentsPlanet 2020.08.31.
I will try to update the software.

It looks like GAS (google app script) side problem not ContentsPlanet.
Please check the followings.

  1. Open a content page.
  2. Open developer tool.
  3. Click the edit button.
  4. Check the console logs in developer tools. And check whether some errors occurs.

The version is ContentsPlanet 2020.08.31.
I will try to update the software.

Thank you for considering update.
But be careful. Some content syntax will change. And maybe this issue is not related.
