Actuellement il y a beaucoup d'erreurs 500 lors d'appel de l'API. Il faut faire plusieurs appel pour récupérer le document.

Merci pour votre vigilance. Nos sondes n'indiquent pas d'anomalies notables. Je remonte l'alerte aux administrateurs du système.

Nous allons remonter le problème au niveau de la plateforme PISTE.

Les dernières jours cela devient récurrent. A ce moment, plusieurs appels successifs de l'endpoint /decision renvoient les erreurs (parfois 500, parfois 404). Par exemple, pour 4 appels vers https://api.piste.gouv.fr/cassation/judilibre/v1.0/decision?resolve_references=true&id=5fca93a53beea687c9e3416b, 3 aboutissent en erreur 400, 1 renvoi correctement le document.
