Restrict file length so windows uses don't have to

The given link show a working workaround but would be nice for first time installers to not have to resort to this.

Thanks for posting the issue, indeed this is an issue we have to look into. The current issue is that those files are automatically generated from the OpenAPI specs of the API. We will look if we can provide extra arguments to take the Windows limitations into account.
