Collapse Component Physical Ports makes edges dissapear

Description

The Collapse Component Physical Ports option in filters makes the edges connecting the ports vanish from the diagram rendered by py-capellambse. These edges are still shown in Capella.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Physical Architecture Diagram in Capella

2. Click on Collapse Component Physical Ports in the filter section:
