描述新功能或计划
自动按照本机或指定的平台类型下载文件，可以为不同的跟踪项单独设置平台类型

添加该功能的原因
例如：存储重定向 在三星设备上需要使用特定平台的安装包

实现方法或步骤

  1. 服务端检测平台类型并返回数据
  2. 客户端检测平台类型并开始下载
