Summary

Add the functionality to send DGD/DGX/ETH from the user's account

Problem definition

Once loaded their wallet, DigixDAO participants can see their DGD/DGX/ETH balance from the Wallet menu tab. This feature needs to add functionality to allow participants to send some or all of these coins to a destination address.
