Describe the bug
Uptime monitoring shows a regular issue with the service around 2200 UTC

Downtime (red area) appears to be for about 2 hours on average, with a potential for a longer outage. This measurement is over 4 days. This is measured specifically on the /user endpoint, matching other users' regular reports in the Discord. Other endpoints haven't been measured yet.
