Bugfix release.

• Versions between release tags (vX.X.X.n where n is not 0) will have a "*" in the version string; e.g. v1.0.1* Indev
• Program status register (eflags/rflags) is now preserved by the hook routine
• Implemented EP hook; new Doll clients are put suspended by default

• Fix Controller hang on CmdEngine out of sync with Doll clients
• Fix Controller crash on no chosen dump item
• Fix break not working on newly-launched Doll clients
• Fix context not returning correct register values on an "after" hook
• Fix loaddll cause client crash
• Fix loaddll fail on paths with quotes
• Fix loaddll GUI not resetting after an invocation
