Peaks ignores 'limit number of reported groups'

I set 'Limit number of reported groups per compound' to 2 and I am getting up to four options per compound. I tried turning 'match retention time on and off' and get the same result with both options.
I am running El-MAVEN v.0.12.0 on a Windows 10 computer.

@KujawinskiLaboratory Thank you for reporting. We were not aware of this bug. But it seems this has already been resolved in our development builds - probably because we patched a few other things around SRM data processing. Should be available as part of the next release.
