Describe the bug
After spending a lot of time assigning checkmarks for "good" peaks and X's for "bad" peaks, I save my project to an .emDB and exit EL-MAVEN. The following day, I launch EL-MAVEN, open my .emDB project, and my "good" and "bad" peaks are not saved, and I have to redo all that manual effort.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load your samples, do alignment, do peak detection.
  2. Click on the check marks for a few peaks, some X's if you like for bad peaks.
  3. Save the project, it will save as an .emDB.
  4. Close EL-MAVEN.
  5. Reopen EL-MAVEN, open the project .emDB file. Your checks and X's are gone as if you never made them.

Expected behavior
I expect my checks and X's to be there when I open the .emDB project.

System (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS
  • Version 10.15.5 (Catalina)

Additional context
When I save my project, I do not use the Save project with raw data... option, just the Save project as... option under the File menu.

Hi @lashmore. Is it possible to share this bad emDB file that you report did not save your good/bad peaks? emDB is supposed to save good and bad peak curation and restore it when opened. If you want you can share files on email ([email protected]) or however else you want to.
