Agregar la posibilidad de agregar topics a un usuario por ejemplo yo como .net dev que esta buscando empleo me gustaría poder estar suscrito a ciertos topics (C#, ASP.Net, WinForms) y poder recibir notificaciones semanales de los empleos que se creen con estos.

También se podría agregar la posibilidad de decirle a la persona que creo el empleo cuantas personas lo han recibido por esta via.
