UTRAnnotator failed to instantiate

Hi all,
I am getting the following message when running VEP -

WARNING: Failed to instantiate plugin UTRAnnotator: does not exist; Check your reference file. at /home/users/mmwheel/.vep/Plugins/UTRAnnotator.pm line 101, <$fh> line 1.

Have you seen this before?

I resolved this by re-downloading the uORF text files.
