Issues with building version for Azure IoT Hub on ArcGIS 10.9

Hi there

I tried to compile the code for GeoEvent on 10.9 but ran into some issues.
Please find attached the logfile when running mvn install -X
debug.txt
I trust this should suffice to pinpoint the issue but feel free to reach out if you require more information.

Forgot to mention I have a local version of Scala installed

OK, managed to run mvn with a clean install after switching back to jdk-8u291 iso jdk-11.0.11
Now let's see if I can get this up and running with ArcGIS 10.9 iso 10.6 for which release this code has been certified
