Describe the bug
When I deploy using pulumi, the deployment fails because localai failed to initialize completely

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Deploy by following the instructions here: https://www.pulumi.com/blog/low-code-llm-apps-with-local-ai-flowise-and-pulumi/

Expected behavior
Expecting deployment to succeed
