Create new fresh commands to use the nerdamer library to solve more complex calculus expressions with the bot such as a ODE or other things like that

Add nerdamer dependency into the project
Add mathjax dependency into the project
Create a command to solve first order linear ODE's
Create a command to solve first order separable ODE's

We can use the nerdamer.toTeX() function, in conjunction with mathjax to render beautiful math expressions for the bot responses
