Add an Additional Command to Work Remotely

Cellveyor only has one command to run the code locally, we need a command for remote control.

@gkapfham, I believe this issue means adding a cli command that allows the user to choose between using a local Google sheet or a remote Google sheet (Issue #11). Correct me if I'm wrong @rodriguez03.

Hi @hayleepierce and @rodriguez03 and @wolff01, yes this makes sense. I think that perhaps it should be a flag like --location that could either be remote or local. Does this make sense to each of you? Can anyone propose exactly what the flags should be and then give a complete concrete example of what they would look like? Once we know what they should be --- and we can brainstorm in-person as needed --- then I think that we can leverage the way that the chasten tool handles this kind of "enumeration" flag, right?
