i would like you to help me to delete adb

Hi, I am trying to delete scrcpy and I was able to delete all the files except the adb (attached image of the files). I would like you to help me if you can. Sorry if my message is not understood, I am using translator.

Kill the adb daemon process (Ctrl+Alt+Del, task manager), or execute adb kill-server (contrary to other OS, Windows does not allow to request to delete a file if it is used).

Adb is expected to keep running (unless you run with --kill-adb-on-close): #2580
