修改/增添代码后Map中类/函数跳转错误 #37

修改增添代码后，点击map中类或函数名时光标调转至未修改代码时行位置；
即虽然增加了代码，但是跳转似乎并未识别到代码行的改变，而在vscode自带大纲中是可以成功跳转；

OS: windows 11
vscode 1.75.0
outline map 1.0.1
