can't split the sidebar

Describe the bug
With the new VSCode version (1.88) came a new bug for the extension. It is now impossible to split the sidebar with an other extension

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just try to drag & drop an icon from the activity bar into the Outline Map sidebar

Expected behavior
The sidebar should split in half to display the outline and the functionnality we moved in
