Should have confirm message on delete feature #82

Precondition:
_Some tags are added on site

Open Geta Tags Management link on Admin mode > Admin tab
Click "Delete" button
Issue: The tag is deleted and It causes error if user deletes multiple items quickly
Expected: Confirm message should display
