Describe the bug
Executing wine C:\windows\syswow64\regedit.exe /S C:\windows\Temp\fontsmooth.reg
Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file.
ShellExecuteEx failed: File not found.

linux Distribution (please complete the following information):

• Distro: Fedora 39
• Desktop Environment: Gnome
• gpu: 04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Renoir [Radeon RX Vega 6 (Ryzen 4000/5000 Mobile Series)] (rev c2)
• display server: Wayland

Additional context
The files could not be downloaded, so I did download replacement and photoshop exe and modified the installation script as explained here: #205

I run the setup.sh script and choose option 1
