Feature Request: in the App Center give option for star feedback

As a user of the App Center, I would like to be able to give feedback on the apps that I use in the form of a star rating ( perhaps a few comments ) which would then be used to display an aggregate of the star ratings for apps that are highly rated

When you see the row of stars, it displays the aggregate rating.
When you mouse over the row of stars it changes to reflect your choice of rating ( 1 - 5 )
When you click on that row it locks in your rating choice ( until you mouse out or click again on a different star )

We're gonna have this. We need to re-write app center though which will happen in the next couple of months.
