Zelle sollte folgende Eigenschaften/ Variablen speichern/ zur Verfügung stellen können für spätere Bearbeitung:

Original Bilder der Channel1/2
Bearbeitete Bilder (Bleaching correction, deconvolution, etc)
Liste der durchgeführten Bearbeitungsschritte
Ratio Bild mit Background correction
Koordinaten des Zellrandes
Centroid Koordinaten
evlt Shape Normalization Bild
