Duplicates in Mean_ServiceCat.csv cause errors in demo pipeline

There are duplicate entries in the mean_servicecat.csv file which gets read in and used for plotting in the demo pipeline. This causes errors like those below, which show A) duplicative plotting of the same data and B) the totals (lines) being correct but the stacked barplots being incorrect because they are double the height they are supposed to be.

This error did not come up when I ran the code from beginning to end just once, so I suspect this was a result of portions of the post-processing steps ran more than once. I will review that portion of the code and revise to reduce the likelihood of this happening.
