Add "mf" option to PlotResultsPopulationCurve() #96

PlotResultsPopulationCurve() is a convenient way to pick a population curve to plot.

Idea: instead of just sex = "f" or sex = "m" to select one curve, allow sex = "mf" to plot both male and female curves together.

Setting priority to Low because whenever we chose to do this it will be a nice-to-have.
