Call aptos init --profile default --network custom --rest-url https://fullnode.random.aptoslabs.com --faucet-url https://faucet.random.aptoslabs.com
Change rest-url and faucet-url based on the endpoint
enter the new private key of the address which will be used to publish this modules, can be taken from Petra. 
use account address as resource_publisher in move.toml
Replace APTHorse with project name and run aptos move create-resource-account-and-publish-package --seed APTHorse --address-name publisher
Replace the mismatched address with the address shown in the terminal, run the above CLI command again
