Joey and Britt will redesign the application to make it more accessible to users. They will also make an advice and analysis document for this + sit together with the users based on the required KPIs.

@joeyvonck I've removed this ticket from the Scrum board since it's an Epic. I saw that you already added the sub tasks to the Todo list of the Scrum board, so your work will still be tracked. This way we keep the sprint planning clean from long living tickets.
