For some people, video playback stutters when Camera2 is installed. Removing Camera2 or using an alternative camera mod like CameraPlus seems to fix the issue. Kinsi (the dev of Camera2) and I have not been able to find the cause, as we are unable to reproduce the issue.

If you happen to be affected by video stuttering without having Camera2 installed, or if you find a workaround that does not involve uninstalling Camera2, please leave a comment.

It seems that disabling Camera2.HarmonyPatches.GlobalFPSCap mitigates this issue. I'll try investgating this further if I have a chance.
