在代码OSS.PaySdk.WX/WxPayBaseApi.cs : 114行判断返回的sign实际上微信这个API并不返回sign字段。参见文档：https://pay.weixin.qq.com/wiki/doc/api/tools/mch_pay.php?chapter=14_2
