Would also be really nice to have small sample notebooks for specific use cases. For example:

https://libertem.github.io/LiberTEM-blobfinder/strainmap-SiGe.html#Refine-the-lattice <- here, we set a=m.a, but just by reading the code, it is not clear what structure/type m.a is, so it would be good to have example code that shows how to override it.
