Add a @chesster summon teammates command for use in private team channels.

Frequently I want to summon the whole team for their input (like voting on a team name or planning something like a study session, or to remind them of some special situation like we have an extra break) and have to laboriously type out all their names. This would be a nice and logical convenience to add.

Hrmm. My first instinct was to suggest @channel - but I guess we have that turned off except for admins. .... Hrmm.

It might make more sense to give chesster the ability to do an @channel and then dole out perms to people to ask him to do that in various ways. He would allow any team member do do it in team channels and would allow league mods to do it in their channels. It might also make sense to put this functionality in heltour instead. But not sure about that second point.
