Make more than one type of "League" #360

Right now there is a single league class and it's implementation of various things is heavily dependent on heltour.

We should consider having simpler "league" classes available so simple integrations are easier. For example, the series league just needs something to reformat dates. Ideally it's very easy to add this:

channelId => handler()
