Issue #112 was taken care of by PRs #142 and #147 , and we now have full support for the different languages in a wider region.

However we may need to do further development for multiple languages within a single country.

For example in the United States, both English and Spanish are supported. So we should be able to define data for the United States both as "English USA" and "Spanish USA".
