Add a SPADL action type for aerial duels

SPADL does not have a corresponding action for aerial duels. Yet, it would make sense to add them to SPADL as they are meaningful actions that affect the possession value. Adding them will not be straightforward though, as aerial duels typically involve two players from different teams that execute the same action concurrently. Hence, it conflicts with the sequential action model.
