[Bug]: Browser Incompatibilities - Using old MetaMask wallets with new browser versions cause MM to load indefinetly or display a blank screen

Describe the bug

Whenever we are using old MM versions with new browser versions, trying to open the wallet leads to MM loading indefinetly or displaying the blank screen.
Notice this is a rare case, as most users will have automatic extension updates by default.
Only those who don't, or are uploading a build from local, will encounter this issue.

Expected behavior

Handle these cases more gracefully by giving some hint to the users on what to do.

1. Download a MM version 10.XX
2. Upload it on the lates version of chrome
3. See blank screen
