Looking at the history of installers on the internet archive, this does indeed appear to be a manual process for the maintainer. |

I was wondering if there's a timeline for a 23.5 installer to be available on the MiKTeX website? The last version's seemed to be uploaded pretty quickly after the release, but the new one still seems to be missing at this time.
Not sure if this is a laborious process or if there is a CI-style pipeline for it.
