Accounts that won't get listed until supporting rel=me

  • Note: XMPP has no centralized https://matrix.to/ which hardcodes specific client addresses, instead it has XMPP URIs.
    • Document filtering for account data matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#245 says matrix: is a thing!

I have a faint idea that this has been going fowards with Matrix, but I cannot find a source. matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#2312 seems the most relevant.

Actually it looks like this doesn't nclude anything I want to list. Matrix has moved to matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#245.
