DataSource: Capacity

There has previously been data available on hospital capacity (through MyHospitals - see https://www.aihw.gov.au/reports-data/myhospitals/content/api) in terms of beds/ICU beds. Could help form part of an overall picture of system capacity, which would prove a useful overlay but would also have some fuzziness associated with it, as metro ICU is often a destination point for regional when system capacity is exceeded or forecast.
