when a player touches a resupply cabinet (and thus their weapon attributes are reset), they lose the attribute to see enemy health that's given when mvm_showhealth is set to 1. simply swapping loadout or respawning in any way re-applies the attribute, but it should probably be refreshed on resupply as well.

Hi, I can't reproduce this. The see enemy health attribute is applied to the player instead of their weapons, so touching a resupply shouldn't affect them. Try unloading all other plugins to see if one of them is interfering.
If the issue persists, please make a step-by-step guide so I can attempt to reproduce it.
