Feature Request: implement click to dismiss for all flyouts

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It is already implemented for the media flyout. Having it implemented for all the other flyouts will be a nice addition.

Scenario when this would be used?

When I have the timeout period high for the media flyout, I can dismiss the lock keys flyout faster by clicking it.

I think you can already click around the edge of any flyout to dismiss it (just outside of the border).

@manstheram oh, nice catch. Didn't notice that. But for the sake of consistency, implementing this would be a nice-to-have.
